all of our stickers are water-resistant!
sticker / poster / print curling issue:
curling can sometimes happen to our products. this is a common and natural occurrence not just with our items but also with products by other brands. it is best to store them flat (i.e. in a binder or under heavier items).
payment
we accept payments via gcash, maya, gotyme bank transfer, and bdo bank transfer.
payments should be made within 24 hours after ordering from our store. late payments are not accepted. we will cancel your order once it's deemed unpaid after 24 hours.
after placing an order, please send your proof of payment under the confirmation email!
shipping + delivery
all local orders are shipped via gogo xpress and/or j&t. we don't ship orders using other couriers. please make sure your address is serviceable by ggx or j&t!
shipping fees are fixed. it will automatically be added to your total at checkout! shipping fees are inclusive of packing fees.
ship-outs are done every week. Your order will reach you within 5-10 business days once it is shipped out.
tracking codes are sent to you via email once we ship out your order.
orders are always sanitized and triple-checked to ensure safe and secure packaging. in case of damaged or wrong items received, please send a direct message with photo or video proof.
the shop will not be held responsible for shipment issues such as delayed or lost parcels. please make sure you provide the correct shipping details and make sure there will be someone at your address to receive your package.
international orders
we only accept group orders with local addresses for now.
there are existing group order managers that can be found on x and instagram. you may ask them to open a group pre-order for our shop!
returns + exchanges + cancellations
all sales are final. we do not accept returns, exchanges, and/or cancellations.
if you think you received damaged products, please send us a message with unboxing proof (photo or video) so we can do something about it.
- this does not apply to items that were damaged AFTER unboxing was done. — they weren't damaged because of shipping or when you opened your package.
