Pricing
Our webstore products are priced differently from our in-store stocks to account for packaging, shipping, and handling costs.

Payment
We accept GCash, Maya, and GoTyme bank transfer.
We require payments to be made within 24 hours once you place an order. Orders will be automatically canceled once you fail to pay within the given timeframe.

Shipping
Ship-outs are every Friday and Saturday

Our shipping fees per region are fixed. We only use Gogo Xpress as our courier.

Please make sure your address is serviceable by our courier before placing an order.

Combined Orders
If you wish to combine multiple orders into one delivery, please let us know via email. Send us the Order Numbers (MOODY####) of the purchases you want to combine.

Returns and Exchanges
We don't allow returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We only allow refunds/replacements for orders with damaged items upon unboxing.
